BC Election 2013 is intended to provide analysis concerning publicly released polling in British Columbia, leading up to the legislated election date of May 14, 2013.
The site is authored by Sacha Peter, who has a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of British Columbia and is a Certified Management Accountant. Some of his other past experiences include working as a systems engineer for a large company specializing in air traffic control and air defence systems, policy and communications work in the political/public domain, financial analysis, accounting work and writing. Sacha is also an active Dad with a nearly two year old son.
Sacha is the owner and managing director of Divestor Investments, which provides services in the financial, accounting and public relation domains. Sacha was also twice elected by the people of Chilliwack as an independent park commissioner for the Cultus Lake Park Board in November 2008 and November 2011. Sacha lives in Chilliwack, BC.

Partisan Disclosure
I am a member of political parties and associations, both provincial and federal. I have donated money to parties in the past. If you feel partisan influence will taint the objectivity of the writing on this site, you are correct. There are other resources available – I will make no claims to write in a “balanced” fashion, although the intention is to be objective. Most political sites on the internet are run by people with partisan influence, so truly non-partisan sources are difficult to find.
