This module seeks to develop students’ practical managerial skills within the context of a live business assignment. Students will undertake to act as management consultants, linking with an appropriate industrial or commercial organisation in order to prepare the final consultancy report. Through both practical experience and exposure to appropriate theory, the module will equip students with the key skills of analysis, fact management and contextual decision making.
